Terms of purchase

1. General

These terms govern the purchase and sale of goods in the online store mpack.lt. Seller: M Food, MB, company code 307046213, Grikių g. 12, Ginduliai, Klaipėda district, Lithuania, phone +370 602 33239, email mpacklithuania@gmail.com, food business operator No. 550002101.

By placing an order the buyer confirms that they have read and accept these terms. The contract is concluded when the buyer pays for the order and receives confirmation by email.

2. Buyer rights and obligations

The buyer may purchase goods, withdraw from the contract as set out in these terms and on the Returns page, and exercise other rights provided by law. The buyer must provide accurate details and pay for the goods.

An email address and phone number are required to place an order: they are used for order confirmation, tracking information and courier notifications.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros including VAT. Shipping is calculated separately and shown before payment. Payments are accepted via Montonio: bank links and payment cards.

4. Delivery

Delivery terms and prices are set out on the Delivery page. The risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the buyer on handover of the goods.

5. Product quality

Product properties are described on each product page. Shelf life of meal packs: 48 months from production. Store in a dark, dry and cool place. Manufacturer: Rationtech. Allergens are listed on each product page and on the packaging.

6. Liability

The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the details provided. The seller is not responsible for content on third-party websites, even if reached through links in this store.

7. Personal data

Personal data is processed as set out in the Privacy policy.

8. Final provisions

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes are settled by negotiation and, failing that, under Lithuanian law. Consumers may contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (www.vvtat.lt) or ec.europa.eu/odr.
